Private Gym Setting

If group training is not your thing or the class time slots do not work for you, we offer personal training sessions with highly qualified and experienced coaches.

Choosing a private session has significant advantages. You will train in a personalized, progressive way doing things you really need and really enjoy. You can build specific skills and achieve your fitness goals quicker than in a group setting.

Our team of experienced coaches will help you get stronger, more flexible, improve your weightlifting technique, combat injuries, lose weight and build your confidence.

FRS® PerSONAL TRAINING

We strongly recommend considering the FRS® Personal Training (Functional Range Systems), especially if:

  • you are currently dealing with injuries and need adaptations and guidance so that you can carry on training safely and effectively

  • If you are experiencing joint stiffness, recurrent pains, and injuries that hold you back in your daily activities, CrossFit practice, or other sports

  • you simply want to prioritize training for longevity over just any workout (keep in mind - joints start degenerating in the late 40s!)

FRS® training includes ongoing range-of-motion assessments, mobility, and progressive joint strength training - whether it’s for rehab, prehab, or gaining specific movement skills.

There are 3 main training goals when utilizing the FRS® system which are all closely interrelated, and acquired simultaneously:

MOBILITY DEVELOPMENT

Mobility refers to the amount of active, usable motion that one possesses. The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.

JOINT STRENGTH

While improving mobility and movement potential, the FRC® system also acts to ‘bullet proof’ (or safe-guard) your joints so that movement can be executed safely.

BODY CONTROL

Training with FRC® improves the function of your nervous system. This leads to a reduction of pain and injury, joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily."
