Getting Started


Are you not sure where to begin? Do you fall into the I-do-not-think-I-am-fit-enough camp? Fear not. We have a progression of programs to cater for all levels of fitness.

 Fast Track Foundation Program or Foundation Classes

In order to be eligible for the Workout of the Day (WOD) series of classes, you will need to complete the Foundation Course. This consists of either a 1-on-1 “Fast Track” session with a coach, although 2-on-1 and 3-on-1 sessions can also be booked, if you have a partner or a friend who also wishes to complete the Foundation Course.  The average time to completion for the Fast Track is typically 90-120 minutes, although it very much depends on each individual, and we have had clients who have needed over 3 hours to complete the entire Foundation Course. Alternatively we offer Foundation classes suitable for beginners. Once you have completed your Foundation, you are able to join the regular classes as often as you like.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

The WOD is the mainstay of CrossFit and is where the magic happens. The workout is constantly varied and incorporates functional movements performed at high intensity relative to each individual’s aptitude and physical conditioning. Classes are held daily to fit different lifestyles and schedules.

Open Gym Sessions

These are sessions when you can use the studio to practice your various movements, particularly those you feel are your weakest. You can turn up at any point during these sessions and there will always be a coach on hand to assist you.

Personal Training Sessions

For those of you who prefer to have private classes with a coach, or who want a few private sessions to focus on a specific skill, we also offer Personal Training sessions, on a 1-on-1, 2-on-1 and 3-on-1 basis. These can be arranged directly with the coach or with Sariet.
